What is the full form of MBBS?
The full form of MBBS is Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. MBBS is a specialized undergraduate degree in Medical and Surgical Medicine awarded by medical colleges and universities. MBBS Course Admission Procedure
For admission to the MBBS course in India, one has to clear the entrance exam.
The most famous entrance exam is NEET, through which one gets admission in all medical colleges except two medical colleges in India.
Apart from NEET, there are two more entrance exams like JIPMER and AIIMS.
Students who perform well in the NEET admission process are called for counseling, and through the counseling process, get admission in private and government medical colleges in India.
There are about 100000 medical seats in India, for which more than 1500000 students take the NEET exam every year.
