A source close to the Schwarzenegger family told the outlet that the actor “made it his goal to get healthy for graduation and he stuck to it, he looks great.”
Around the time he was getting ready to graduate, the insider claims that Christopher “started working out more and making better food choices.”
The source claimed: “He just cut out the junk and started working out. It’s not any kind of fad diet or crash diet.” Of course, his father has been a huge help. As soon as Christopher Schwarzenegger expressed interest, Arnold was there to mentor and support him because he has so much knowledge to impart.
The source went on to say, “He didn’t pressure him, but he’s so happy to be able to share his passion [for fitness] with his son. It has actually improved their relationship.

Just a few days prior, Schwarzenegger posted on social media to wish his youngest son, Joseph Baena, a happy 24th birthday. Christopher Schwarzenegger was then captured on camera.
The “Terminator” actor posted a series of three images of himself and Baena on Twitter, including one in which they were cycling and another in which they were posing in front of a mural showing the action star during his bodybuilding days. The father’s touching post included a caption that praised his son for his numerous professional endeavors.

Mildred Baena, 60, who was Schwarzenegger’s former housekeeper and mistress, is the mother of Baena. In his memoir from 2016, the actor discussed how the affair affected him and his family. He disclosed that Shriver sat him down with a therapist as soon as his tenure as governor of California came to an end and convinced him to admit that he had been keeping the affair and Joseph a secret for 15 years.
Schwarzenegger stated in “Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story” that “Maria wanted to come here today and to ask about a child – whether you fathered a child with your housekeeper Mildred (Baena)” as soon as they sat down.
