Abhinav Shukla

Abhinav Shukla is an Indian model and television and film actor. He appeared in Bigg Boss 14. He won the title of Mr. Punjab in the year 2009.

Early life

Shukla was born on 27 September 1982 in Ludhiana, Punjab.  His father, Drs. Kk Shukla worked as an entomologist at Punjab Agricultural University in Ludhiana and her mother, Mrs. Radha Shukla was a teacher at Guru Nanak Public School (Sara Nagar, Ludhiana).

He graduated from Guru Nanak Public School in 2000, and completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2004 from Lala Lajpat Rai Institute of Engineering and Technology (Moga, Punjab). His team won the Best Design Award at an event in 2004. Tryst-2004 Technical Festival organized by IIT (Indian Institute of Technology Delhi).

Career

Shukla started her career in the Indian television industry with jersey number 10. She later played roles in the song, Ek Bazaru Meri Behna Hai, Jaane Kya Baal Hai, Chhoti Bahu – Sindhu Bin Suhagan and Hitler Didi. In a mutual decision with the production company, in December 2010, they chose the song.

He was one of the 22 actors in Season 1 of Survivor India. He won immunity twice in a row and reached the final five, but was voted on in episode 21. She made a cameo in Zee TV’s show Badalte Rishta Ke Daastan. In 2018, he opted to play a negative role in the Colors TV show Silsila Badal Rishta Ka. He starred his wife Rubina Dilac in Bareilly’s Daughter: The Youngest Survivor, a short film on female-feticide.

Personal life

Shukla who is a self-acquainted adventure lover successfully climbed the summit of Stoke Kangri in pure Alpine style with her brother on 23 July 2017 and announced that it made its foray into mountaineering. In 2016 he completed a 7-day trek from Chandra Taal to Bara-La La in Alpine style with his brother. A year ago he took a cycle trip from Manali to Leh Solo in six days.

He is known for his outdoor and adventurous activities, he likes to trek and camp in the jungle whenever shooting or not working. On 4 January 2014, while trekking to a fort in the jungles of Matheran, Maharashtra, he collided with a rock face and was rescued by a team of rock climbers. He said that he had mentally prepared himself for days of survival, even storing his urine for emergencies.

Shukla married actress Rubina Dilaik on 21 June 2018.
